Introduction

In this role, you will be the face of MyRepublic, delivering high‑speed internet solutions directly to households, building lasting customer relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth objectives.

As a field sales representative, you will work in dynamic, fast‑paced environments, collaborating with a supportive team while enjoying the flexibility of an on‑the‑ground, client‑focused schedule. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop sales expertise in the rapidly evolving telecom industry.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing and scheduled home visits to promote MyRepublic’s Wi‑Fi products and subscription plans.
  • Identify and engage target market segments, tailoring product pitches to meet the specific needs of each household.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, sharing best practices and market insights.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers, ensuring consistent follow‑up and timely conversion.
  • Provide detailed product demonstrations, explain technical features in simple terms, and answer any customer inquiries.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of localized promotional events, street fairs, and community outreach programs.
  • Gather competitor intelligence and market feedback to inform product positioning and promotional strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contract details using the company’s CRM system.
  • Deliver post‑sale support, guiding new customers through installation scheduling, activation, and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes by reporting challenges, successes, and innovative ideas to management.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Candidates must be 40 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: No prior sales experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are welcome.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling abilities.
    • Basic analytical skills for sales performance tracking.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Customer‑service orientation with a problem‑solving mindset.
    • Time‑management and organizational competence to handle multiple visits per day.
    • Comfortable using mobile devices and CRM applications for data entry.
  • Physical Requirement: Ability to walk, stand, and carry promotional materials for extended periods.
  • Availability: Work schedule from Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00.
