Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Kasir Penjualan Grosir dan Eceran (Wholesale & Retail Cashier) to join our growing sales team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth financial transactions, providing excellent customer service, and supporting both wholesale and retail operations in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates of any gender who have completed at least a high school education (SMA/SMK/Sederajat) and possess basic computer skills are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately for both wholesale and retail customers.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, ensuring proper use of the cash register and related software.
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and sales reports on a daily basis.
- Manage the cash drawer, perform regular cash counts, and reconcile discrepancies at the end of each shift.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, price verification, and order placements, providing a friendly and professional experience.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to verify stock levels, update product information, and flag low‑stock items.
- Support the sales team during peak hours by handling order entry and ensuring timely fulfillment of wholesale orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, adhering to company standards for presentation and hygiene.
- Participate in a one‑month training program, with the possibility of accelerated completion for fast learners.
- Handle pressure situations calmly, such as long queues or technical issues with POS equipment.
Requirements
- Male or female applicants (all genders accepted).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Proficient in basic computer operations, including Microsoft Office and POS software.
- Prior experience in cashier or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact courteously with customers.
- Highly disciplined, organized, and meticulous in handling cash and documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
- Willingness to sign a contract and undergo a structured training period (typically 1 month).
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
