Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Executive Account Manager – Corporate Relations to join our fast‑growing team in Lampung. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are eager to build strong corporate partnerships, drive revenue, and represent our brand across multiple social media platforms. The position operates on a full‑time schedule, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers a vibrant workplace where ambition and teamwork are rewarded.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients, understanding their strategic goals and aligning our solutions to meet those objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking events, and active engagement on social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations that emphasize value creation and ROI for partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing weekly reports to senior management and adjusting tactics to achieve or exceed targets.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM software, ensuring all client interactions are documented accurately.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and community events to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
- Support after‑sales activities, including onboarding, training, and ongoing account management to foster long‑term partnerships.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; no prior work experience required.
- Must be a resident of Lampung and possess a valid driver’s license (SIM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confidence in public speaking and client negotiations.
- Active presence on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) with the ability to leverage them for brand promotion.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Highly disciplined, honest, and responsible with a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
