Introduction
We are a vibrant, customer‑focused coffee shop seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team. As the face of our establishment, you will craft high‑quality beverages, create a welcoming atmosphere, and uphold the standards that keep our patrons returning day after day. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and quality guidelines.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other barista equipment safely and efficiently.
- Engage with customers, taking orders, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a pleasant experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including regular cleaning of equipment, countertops, and dining spaces.
- Manage inventory levels, receive deliveries, and perform stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and accurately reconcile daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate workflow during peak hours and support a smooth service flow.
- Assist in training new staff on drink preparation, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Monitor and uphold health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and allergen awareness.
- Contribute ideas for seasonal menus, promotional events, and creative drink presentations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 28 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- Honest, disciplined, and highly responsible.
- Strong team‑player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Active, creative mindset and willingness to suggest improvements.
- Prior experience in the food & beverage (F&B) industry is a distinct advantage.
- Basic barista skills: knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment operation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
