Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Interior Produk Penjualan to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on promoting and selling high‑quality interior finishing solutions such as WPC wall panels, ceilings, wallpapers, and parquet flooring. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between our manufacturing facilities and the retail, construction, and interior‑design markets, helping to expand our market share while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of interior finishing products, including ceiling systems, wallpaper, wall panels, and parquet, and be able to convey technical specifications to clients.
- Identify, approach, and close sales with interior‑design stores, building‑material distributors, and construction project managers to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and high levels of satisfaction through after‑sales support.
- Expand the customer database by prospecting new accounts, qualifying leads, and converting them into active buyers.
- Conduct regular on‑site visits and product demonstrations, providing technical guidance, answering inquiries, and tailoring solutions to specific project requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to uncover opportunities for product differentiation and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare accurate daily and monthly sales reports, forecasting future demand and presenting performance metrics to management.
- Coordinate closely with internal logistics, inventory, and production teams to guarantee product availability and timely delivery.
- Participate in trade shows, industry seminars, and training sessions to stay current with emerging design trends and new material technologies.
- Travel as needed to meet customers across the region, representing the company with professionalism and a strong marketing mindset.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/D3 (or equivalent) with a valid diploma.
- Age not exceeding 40 years; gender open to all.
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience in interior‑finishing products such as ceiling systems, wallpapers, wall panels, or parquet.
- Possession of a valid SIM C driver’s license and personal motor vehicle for field visits.
- Strong marketing instincts, professional attitude, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in sales administration, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to dynamic work schedules (Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑17:30).
- Ability to analyze market data, forecast sales trends, and propose actionable strategies.
