Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new potential borrowers, introducing them to Amartha’s micro‑loan programs and encouraging enrollment.
- Provide on‑site economic coaching and support to existing borrowers, helping them manage household finances and improve business performance.
- Conduct thorough field surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, adhering strictly to Amartha’s credit policies, risk assessment frameworks, and documentation standards.
- Coordinate and execute collection activities, ensuring prompt and professional communication with borrowers regarding repayment schedules.
- Maintain accurate field reports, update the CRM system with real‑time data, and relay market insights to the regional management team.
- Participate in community events and financial literacy workshops to raise awareness of micro‑finance opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams—credit, operations, and training—to continuously improve service delivery and borrower satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 30 years (maximum 33 years accepted for exceptional candidates).

- Possession of a personal motor vehicle is essential for daily field visits.
