Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers through door‑to‑door visits, referrals, and personal networking within the Kudus area.
- Conduct face‑to‑face product demonstrations, clearly articulating features, benefits, pricing, and unique selling points of Prio Express Store, Livepaid, and XL Satu Mini Store.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of diverse client segments, including small businesses, individual consumers, and local retailers.
- Engage in consultative selling by assessing customer requirements, offering suitable solutions, and addressing any objections.
- Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure accurate documentation of transactions and customer information.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and regularly update CRM tools to track progress against daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the regional sales manager and support teams to align promotional activities, share market insights, and refine sales strategies.
- Provide post‑sale follow‑up to guarantee customer satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
- Stay informed about competitor offerings, industry trends, and new XL product launches to maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA), Vocational School (SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender; no age limit imposed.
- Entry‑level experience accepted (0+ years), though prior sales or customer‑service exposure is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated customer‑needs analysis and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in basic sales tools, such as mobile CRM applications and Microsoft Office.
- Self‑motivation, resilience, and a results‑driven mindset to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Flexibility to work the standard schedule of 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional adjustments based on campaign needs.
- Ability to travel locally within Kudus for client visits and store activation events.
