Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Marketing to join our expanding team in Kabanjahe. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s revenue growth by actively promoting our product portfolio to both existing and prospective customers. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company, its distribution channels, and the end‑users, ensuring seamless order processing, credit application handling, and post‑sale support. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers, presenting the full range of company products to both existing accounts and new prospects.
  • Generate sales orders through various distribution channels, capturing accurate initial data and performing thorough verification of customer information.
  • Prepare and complete all necessary documentation for customer credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, communicating decisions promptly to dealers and customers, and addressing any follow‑up queries.
  • Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and payment locations, providing clear guidance on any additional requirements.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, tracking leads, opportunities, and closed deals to support forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales objectives, and provide market feedback for product development.
  • Conduct regular visits to dealer locations and key accounts, strengthening relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth strategy of the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (all fields of study accepted).
  • Age: maximum 30 years.
  • Gender: Male.
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales or marketing experience; fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proven ability to manage B2C sales cycles, from prospecting to closing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for negotiation and relationship building.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Own transportation and a valid, active SIM A/C.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while meeting weekly and monthly targets.
