Responsibilities

  • Actively market and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of financial products to existing clients and prospect new customers across the designated territory.
  • Generate orders through various distribution channels, collect initial data, and verify the completeness of customer documentation and credit applications.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Inform customers about payment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional information necessary for a smooth transaction.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads by conducting market research, attending local events, and leveraging networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the credit analysis team to ensure accurate risk assessments and compliance with internal policies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecast future sales trends, and propose actionable strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
  • Provide after‑sales support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field) – graduates from all majors are encouraged to apply.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales experience; fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
  • Own a reliable personal vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C (Indonesian driving license).
  • Proficiency in B2C sales management, customer‑oriented selling techniques, and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
