We are seeking a dynamic Preschool Student Advisor to join our vibrant team in Bali. In this role, you will be the friendly first point of contact for families exploring early‑childhood education opportunities with us. Your mission is to guide parents through every step of the enrollment journey, create memorable tours and open‑house events, and build lasting relationships that foster community growth and high enrollment numbers.
As part of a forward‑thinking preschool network, you will work closely with marketing, teaching, and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for prospective families. Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective families through phone calls, social media, community events, and referral networks.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads using CRM software, ensuring timely follow‑ups and accurate record‑keeping.
- Conduct engaging campus tours, open houses, and informational sessions that showcase the curriculum, facilities, and teaching philosophy.
- Assist families with all enrollment paperwork, tuition financing options, and orientation scheduling.
- Develop and nurture relationships that encourage word‑of‑mouth referrals and repeat enrollment for future siblings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach campaigns with enrollment targets and provide feedback on messaging effectiveness.
- Work closely with teachers and administrators to stay updated on program changes, classroom availability, and special events.
- Provide post‑enrollment support, answering parent questions and facilitating a smooth transition into the classroom.
- Track enrollment metrics, prepare weekly reports, and propose strategies to exceed monthly enrollment goals.
- Participate in weekend events and community fairs as needed to represent the preschool brand.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or educational consulting; experience in early‑education settings is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage a high volume of inquiries without sacrificing quality.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend events.
- Passion for early childhood education and a genuine desire to help families make informed decisions about their child’s learning journey.
