Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all day‑to‑day operations of the assigned branch, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and SOPs.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate branch staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance team culture.
- Develop and execute a localized business plan that aligns with national growth targets, including revenue, enrollment, and market share goals.
- Design and implement targeted sales and marketing campaigns to attract new students and retain existing ones.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate threats within the branch’s territory.
- Maintain superior service quality by monitoring student satisfaction, addressing parent concerns, and continuously improving program delivery.
- Prepare regular performance reports, financial statements, and forecasts for senior management review.
- Coordinate with the curriculum and product teams to ensure that teaching materials meet regional needs and industry standards.
- Ensure safe and efficient use of facilities, equipment, and resources, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Participate in strategic initiatives, special projects, and corporate events that advance the company’s overall objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a recognized public university, with a GPA of at least 3.25.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or educational services, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership potential and proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving business development.
- High integrity, initiative, and adaptability to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to be stationed in any region of Indonesia as required by the company.
- Active involvement in university or professional organizations is a plus.
- Relevant skills: evaluation of learning programs, team coordination, and performance monitoring.
