As a canvasser, you will act as the face of XL Axis, building relationships with local retail outlets, ensuring our products and promotions are prominently displayed, and driving sales performance in a highly competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell XL Axis mobile and data products to partner outlets, converting leads into active customers.
- Visit each assigned outlet daily to verify product availability, stock levels, and proper placement of promotional materials.
- Educate outlet staff on new plans, pricing structures, and value‑added services, ensuring they can effectively communicate benefits to end‑users.
- Coordinate the delivery and replenishment of promotional assets such as banners, flyers, and point‑of‑sale displays.
- Maintain an accurate visit schedule, logging activities in the company’s CRM system and reporting daily performance metrics.
- Collect feedback from outlets regarding customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends to inform future sales strategies.
- Achieve or exceed predefined sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Collaborate with the regional sales manager and marketing team to align local campaigns with broader corporate initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations during all field activities.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Residence: Must reside in Solok, Kabupaten Sijunjung, or surrounding areas.
- Transportation: Own a motorbike with a valid SIM C license.
- Technology: Android smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM for app usage and reporting.
- Personal qualities: Honest, polite, strong verbal communication skills, and a results‑driven mindset.
- Work style: Comfortable working independently, managing a daily route, and meeting strict targets.
