Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions on TikTok for a minimum of 6 hours per shift, covering both daytime and nighttime slots.
- Prepare and present engaging content, including product showcases, Q&A segments, and interactive challenges that align with current trends.
- Maintain punctuality and adhere strictly to the scheduled broadcast times (18:00 – 02:00, Monday‑Saturday).
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, responding to viewer comments in real time to foster community loyalty.
- Collaborate with the production and marketing teams to plan themes, scripts, and promotional activities.
- Continuously improve on‑camera presence through feedback sessions and the training program we provide.
- Uphold brand standards, ensuring a positive and professional image during all broadcasts.
- Assist in basic post‑stream tasks such as summarizing performance metrics and suggesting content improvements.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 18‑30 years.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in public speaking, customer service, or any role involving live interaction (experience can be gained through our training program).
- Attractive appearance and a cheerful, energetic personality that translates well on camera.
- Confidence to engage a live audience, handle spontaneous questions, and keep the energy high throughout the broadcast.
- Strong teamwork mindset; ability to cooperate with producers, designers, and technical staff.
- Excellent verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia (additional language skills are a plus).
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and overnight hours.
- Basic technical aptitude – comfortable using smartphones, headphones, and live‑streaming software.
