Introduction
The Supervisor Finance Corporate Operations (also referred to as Assistant Manager FAC) is a pivotal role within our finance division, responsible for overseeing the integrity of financial reporting, cash‑flow management, and tax compliance across the organization. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will lead a team of junior accountants, coordinate month‑end and year‑end closing activities, and act as a key liaison between finance, internal audit, and senior management. This position demands a high level of analytical rigor, strong leadership abilities, and the flexibility to travel to various corporate sites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
- Manage the cash‑flow forecasting process, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the full accounting cycle, including journal entry preparation, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Lead the month‑end and year‑end closing procedures, guaranteeing timely completion and adherence to internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23) and coordinate the preparation of tax filings.
- Utilize accounting software such as Accurate, SAP, or comparable ERP systems to streamline bookkeeping and reporting.
- Develop and maintain the Chart of Accounts (COA) and support system enhancements that improve data integrity.
- Prepare presentation materials and financial analyses for senior management using PowerPoint and other visualization tools.
- Provide mentorship and performance feedback to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team environment.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit cycles, addressing findings and implementing corrective actions.
- Plan and execute business travel for site visits, ensuring that financial operations at remote locations align with corporate policies.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects, offering financial insight for budgeting, cost‑control, and strategic planning initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of progressive experience in a similar supervisory or senior accountant role, preferably within a corporate finance environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in financial reporting, cash‑flow management, and ledger maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23) and experience preparing tax returns.
- Hands‑on experience with accounting software such as Accurate, SAP, Oracle Financials, or equivalent.
- Ability to create professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
