Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Graphic Designer with a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience to join our dynamic creative team. This role is perfect for a visual storyteller who excels at turning concepts into compelling graphics using CorelDRAW and other industry‑standard tools. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, collaborating closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver high‑impact visual assets that enhance brand perception and drive business results.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and production of a wide range of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, digital ads, social media graphics, and packaging.
- Conceptualize and execute visual campaigns that align with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
- Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and web developers to ensure seamless integration of visual and textual elements.
- Maintain and update the company’s visual asset library, ensuring files are organized, version‑controlled, and readily accessible.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback, technical training on CorelDRAW, and guidance on best design practices.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging design software, and new production techniques to continuously elevate the quality of output.
- Prepare print‑ready files, manage color profiles, and oversee the proofing process to guarantee accuracy and consistency across all media.
- Participate in client presentations, articulating design rationale and adapting concepts based on feedback.
- Track project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in CorelDRAW.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW is mandatory; additional knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Excellent visual communication skills, with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities; capable of collaborating across departments and presenting ideas confidently.
