Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Sales Akuisisi dan Pengembangan Pasar to join our dynamic field sales team. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, introducing our digital solutions, and expanding market presence across the region. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, tech‑savvy, and eager to build lasting relationships with clients while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular on‑site visits to existing and prospective customers, presenting the company’s product portfolio and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Introduce, install, and activate the company’s mobile application on client devices, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Carry and demonstrate product samples, tailoring presentations to the specific needs of each customer.
  • Manage inventory (stockist) responsibilities including receipt, safe storage, accurate record‑keeping, and periodic reporting.
  • Submit daily activation reports through the designated web or mobile platform, maintaining data integrity and timeliness.
  • Process orders via the internal application, coordinate delivery logistics, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests.
  • Deposit daily sales proceeds into the assigned bank account, adhering to company financial procedures.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product features, market trends, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 18 – 30 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience of at least 1 year in sales is preferred.
  • Possession of a personal motorcycle, a valid SIM C, and the ability to ride safely.
  • Own a smartphone running Android 7.0 or higher; proficiency in using mobile applications and gadgets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills for inventory management and daily reporting.
