Introduction
PT BPR Kredit Mandiri Indonesia is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Surveyor Akun Lapangan dan Pengawasan (Field Account Surveyor – FAS) to join our growing team. The role is pivotal in supporting the credit underwriting process by conducting on‑site surveys, verifying collateral, and gathering comprehensive data on borrowers and their businesses. This position offers a dynamic work environment with high mobility, allowing the successful candidate to engage directly with clients across multiple branches in the Majalengka and Cirebon regions.
Responsibilities
- Execute field surveys assigned by the Team Leader (TL FAS), ensuring timely completion of each order.
- Collect and document exhaustive information on borrowers (CADEB), collateral, and the nature of their business or employment.
- Accurately input all data and upload required photographs into the company’s survey application, maintaining honesty and completeness.
- Perform thorough checks on debtor profiles, collateral conditions, and business operations, especially when evaluating enterprise clients.
- Coordinate with the CADEB department to confirm data readiness and verify the presence of guarantors or co‑applicants before scheduling appointments.
- Apply the 1P5C analytical framework (Purpose, People, Process, Product, Place, Price, Promotion, People, Procedure, Performance, Potential) to assess creditworthiness and risk factors.
- Maintain regular communication with branch managers of three supported branches, providing updates on survey progress and any emerging issues.
- Travel between assigned territories using a personal two‑wheel vehicle, adhering to the company’s safety and compliance standards.
- Prepare concise field reports that highlight key findings, risk indicators, and recommendations for credit approval committees.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professional conduct during all client interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) or equivalent.
- Age limit: 30 years for male candidates; overall maximum age 35 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in surveying, credit officer (AO), or CMO roles; fresh graduates with strong analytical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Possession of a valid motorbike (two‑wheel) license (SIM C) and personal vehicle.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed credit and environmental analyses using the 1P5C methodology.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer‑service orientation.
- High level of honesty, discipline, and integrity; clean BI (Bank Indonesia) checking record.
- Flexibility to work a six‑day week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 16:30, with occasional overtime as project demands dictate.
- Preferred residence in Majalengka or Cirebon to facilitate efficient branch support.
