Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Mitra Program Penawaran Denda to join our field team in Padang Sidempuan (Sudirman). The role focuses on offering settlement options for overdue penalties to consumers who have already cleared their primary obligations. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment and enjoy direct interaction with customers in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Approach customers who have settled their primary accounts and present clear, concise offers for the payment or settlement of any remaining penalties.
  • Conduct on‑site visits across the Padang Sidempuan region, using a personal motorbike to reach assigned territories efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of each interaction, including customer responses, negotiated amounts, and follow‑up actions, using the company’s CRM system.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for successful penalty settlements, reporting progress to the regional supervisor.
  • Provide customers with detailed explanations of penalty structures, payment plans, and the benefits of early settlement.
  • Collaborate with the collections and finance teams to ensure seamless processing of accepted offers.
  • Identify patterns or common objections from customers and relay feedback to improve the offer strategy.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professional conduct during all field interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 21 years or older; no upper age limit.
  • Valid motorbike (Sepeda Motor) and a current SIM C driving license.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate respectfully.
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and a “never‑give‑up” attitude.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and handle occasional setbacks.
  • Target‑oriented mindset, resilience, and accountability for results.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
