Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Privat Kelompok to join our reputable tutoring centre in Pecangaan, Jepara. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality, group private lessons to students of various ages and academic levels. As a member of our educational team, you will create an engaging learning environment that fosters both academic excellence and personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver group private lessons in accordance with the national curriculum and the specific needs of each student group.
- Assess students’ learning styles, strengths, and weaknesses to tailor instructional methods and materials.
- Maintain an organized classroom environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and respectful interaction among learners.
- Provide constructive feedback on assignments, quizzes, and exams, and guide students toward improved performance.
- Develop supplemental teaching resources such as worksheets, practice tests, and interactive activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding progress, attendance, and any concerns.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay current with educational best practices.
- Uphold punctuality and professionalism by adhering to the scheduled work hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Ensure compliance with centre policies, safety regulations, and local education standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Education or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree in Education is preferred.
- Valid teaching certification or proven experience in a teaching role.
- Residency in Kabupaten Jepara (domicile requirement).
- Excellent communication and instructional skills with a strong ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Patience, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility toward students’ academic development.
- Ability to work with diverse groups of learners, including different ages, genders, and cultural backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools (e.g., digital whiteboards, online learning platforms).
- Flexibility to adapt lesson plans based on real‑time classroom dynamics.
