The successful candidate will act as a critical bridge between the corporate headquarters and our network of stores, ensuring that sales closing data, inventory information, and IT support flow smoothly across the enterprise. Responsibilities
- Process daily and monthly closing reports from the head office and distribute them to all company‑owned stores.
- Collect and input sales closing data from each store into the central ERP system, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform routine hardware and software maintenance at store locations, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive servicing.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports to the Warehouse Department, covering stock movements, discrepancies, and replenishment needs.
- Continuously study emerging hardware and software solutions to recommend improvements that enhance store productivity.
- Assist supervisors in resolving complex computer, hardware, and software issues, providing both onsite and remote support.
- Enter and reconcile stock inventory data, ensuring that the central database reflects real‑time availability.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams—such as logistics, finance, and merchandising—to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
- Cultivate strong professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned, provided they fall within the scope of the position’s authority and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Male candidates only, age not exceeding 38 years.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT administration, retail systems, or similar environments.
- Proficient in IT administration, IT audit, and IT documentation practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process large volumes of data accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with store staff and corporate teams.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving aptitude for hardware and software issues.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving technology landscapes and business processes.
