Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work stations, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement Food Safety and Operational procedures, including proper food storage, temperature monitoring, and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house team members to achieve smooth service flow during peak periods.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting any equipment malfunctions to management.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and safety protocols.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system with accuracy and integrity.
- Adapt quickly to changing demands, such as promotional events, new menu launches, and seasonal staffing needs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in the F&B or hospitality sector, preferably in a fast‑casual or quick‑service environment.
