We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our fast‑growing logistics team as Kurir Ekspedisi in the Teluk Jambe Barat area of Karawang. As a courier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that parcels, documents, and goods reach their intended recipients safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver shipments to the correct addresses, confirming the identity of each recipient.
- Maintain accurate, real‑time records of delivery status using a mobile application, enabling supervisors to monitor progress.
- Handle parcels with care, ensuring that items remain intact and secure throughout the transit process.
- Follow the company’s delivery SOPs, including route planning, safety checks, and documentation protocols.
- Protect sensitive sender and receiver information by correctly labeling packages and safeguarding data.
- Process cash‑on‑delivery (COD) payments, issue receipts, and manage cash handling procedures responsibly.
- Submit end‑of‑day reports, including delivery confirmations, COD collections, and any incident logs.
- Perform routine checks of your motorcycle and mobile device to guarantee operational readiness.
- Communicate proactively with dispatchers and customers regarding any delivery exceptions or delays.
Requirements
- Valid Indonesian KTP (identity card).
- Own a reliable motorcycle capable of handling daily delivery routes.
- Smartphone (Android) with at least 3 GB RAM to run the company’s tracking app.
- All education levels are accepted; a high school diploma or higher is preferred.
- Maximum age of 45 years.
- Excellent knowledge of the Teluk Jambe Barat and surrounding areas.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact courteously with customers.
- Basic numeracy for handling COD transactions and completing paperwork.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and follow detailed instructions.
