Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive skin and health assessments to determine appropriate beauty treatments.
- Perform a range of aesthetic procedures such as facial rejuvenation, skin peeling, micro‑needling, and body contouring, adhering to strict medical protocols.
- Provide personalized consultations, explaining treatment plans, expected outcomes, and after‑care instructions.
- Maintain accurate client records, including medical histories, treatment notes, and consent forms, in compliance with health regulations.
- Ensure all equipment is sterilized and prepared according to infection‑control standards before each session.
- Collaborate with senior aestheticians, dermatologists, and the management team to develop new service offerings.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with emerging beauty technologies and medical‑cosmetic trends.
- Uphold the clinic’s brand image by presenting a polished, friendly, and trustworthy demeanor at all times.
- Assist in marketing activities, such as client follow‑ups, promotional events, and social‑media content creation when required.
- Commit to a two‑year contractual period, demonstrating reliability and long‑term dedication to the organization.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; maximum age of 26 years.
- Minimum education: D3 in Nursing or Midwifery (D3/D4 acceptable).
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) for both nursing and midwifery.
- Resides in Banda Aceh or willing to relocate permanently.
- Impeccable personal presentation: good looks, clear skin (no severe acne), and a neat, attractive appearance.
- Strong interpersonal skills: courteous, friendly, diligent, and honest.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with flexibility for occasional weekend events.
- Willingness to undergo intensive training programs and continuous professional development.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Basic barista skills are advantageous, as the clinic offers complimentary refreshments to clients.
