Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Officer Hubungan Perbankan – Wilayah Tangerang to join our growing banking team. This role is a frontline position responsible for promoting micro‑loan products, building strong relationships with both new and existing customers, and achieving ambitious sales targets within the Tangerang region. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a D3/D4 education, have at least one year of sales or marketing experience—preferably in the financial sector—and demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills.
Responsibilities
- Proactively offer and market micro‑loan banking products to individuals and small businesses, tailoring solutions to meet their financial needs.
- Achieve and exceed the monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management, contributing to the branch’s overall profitability.
- Identify, approach, and establish relationships with new prospective clients through cold calling, networking events, and community outreach programs.
- Maintain and nurture long‑term relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct thorough follow‑up activities, monitor loan applications, and guarantee the quality of service throughout the customer journey.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, market insights, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams—such as credit analysts, operations, and risk management—to streamline loan approval processes.
- Participate in continuous training sessions and stay updated on regulatory changes, new banking products, and industry trends.
Requirements

- Education: Minimum D3/D4 in any discipline; a background in finance, economics, or business is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within banking, micro‑finance, or related financial services.
