Introduction
PT Innovative Financial Services (IFSC) is seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer to join our growing team in Cikarang, serving the greater Jabodetabek Selatan region. This frontline position is essential to our customer‑centric strategy, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new clients across various distribution channels. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a solid understanding of credit processes, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in the financial and automotive financing industry.
Responsibilities
- Proactively market and sell the company’s portfolio of financing products to existing customers and prospect new accounts through cold calling, referrals, and networking events.
- Gather initial customer data, perform thorough verification, and compile all required documentation for credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with the underwriting team to monitor the status of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approvals, rejections, or required additional information.
- Communicate payment schedules, due dates, and collection procedures clearly to customers, and assist them in selecting the most convenient payment locations and methods.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track sales pipelines, and generate regular reports on conversion rates, order volumes, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate closely with the distribution channel partners, providing product training, promotional support, and resolving any operational issues that may affect order fulfillment.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities, recommend additional financial solutions, and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, share market insights, and support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Maximum age: 29 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, relationship management, or credit processing, preferably within the automotive financing or consumer loan sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English; ability to convey complex financial concepts in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
- Demonstrated persuasive selling techniques, telemarketing proficiency, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust with diverse customer groups.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and basic data analysis tools.
