Responsibilities

  • Greet all clients and visitors at the front desk with a warm, courteous demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about the range of products, services, and treatment packages available.
  • Handle client registration efficiently, capturing necessary personal and medical details while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing calls to the appropriate department.
  • Create, update, and confirm treatment schedules, coordinating with therapists, beauticians, and other service staff to avoid conflicts.
  • Process cash, credit, and digital payments using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, ensuring accuracy in receipts and balancing the cash drawer at shift end.
  • Assist clients throughout the transaction process, including upselling complementary products or services that enhance their experience.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks for treatment supplies, reporting discrepancies and assisting with re‑ordering as needed.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy front‑desk area, including brochures, promotional materials, and equipment.
  • Address client complaints or concerns promptly, escalating to management when necessary, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote seasonal offers, loyalty programs, and special events.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales performance, appointment bookings, and inventory status using Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 (any major) is highly preferred.
  • Female candidates only.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a front‑line role within hospitality, beauty clinics, or gym environments; 2 years preferred.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers, POS systems, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong service orientation with the ability to anticipate client needs and deliver personalized solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Highly disciplined, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Detail‑oriented, honest, and accountable, with a track record of handling confidential client information responsibly.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards that reflect the brand’s premium image.
  • Competence in customer complaint management, inventory control, and reservation handling.
