The role focuses on marketing vehicle financing solutions both face‑to‑face and via telephone, managing distribution channels, and conducting consumer surveys to continuously improve our service offering. Responsibilities
- Promote and sell vehicle financing products directly to prospective borrowers and through inbound/outbound calls.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing distribution partners, such as dealerships and brokers, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct market research and on‑site surveys to assess consumer needs, preferences, and satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close financing agreements in line with company policies.
- Monitor loan applications from submission through approval, ensuring compliance with internal credit‑risk standards and regulatory requirements.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, loan disbursement volumes, and target attainment, reporting results to branch management on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with the credit, collection, and after‑sales teams to resolve any issues that arise during the loan lifecycle.
- Provide regular feedback to product development teams based on market insights gathered during surveys and client interactions.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all customer dealings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted); fresh graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Gender: Male.
- At least 1 year of experience in vehicle financing, sales, or a related financial services role (experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory).
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward achieving sales targets.
- Key skills:
- Credit monitoring and evaluation.
- Credit processing and documentation.
- Debt collection and recovery techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Negotiation, integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance branch that corresponds to the candidate’s place of residence.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
