Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Teknisi Pemeliharaan Fasilitas to join our dynamic facilities management team. This role is essential for maintaining the operational integrity of our commercial properties, including office towers, residential apartments, and large shopping centres. The successful candidate will work on a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, ensuring that all electrical and air‑conditioning systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical installations, lighting, power distribution panels, and HVAC (air‑conditioning) units.
- Conduct detailed troubleshooting and repair of electrical faults, using micro‑testers and other specialized measuring equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve AC system issues, including refrigerant leaks, compressor failures, and thermostat malfunctions.
- Document all maintenance activities, service reports, and equipment inspections in the company’s CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs while ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of capital improvement projects related to building services.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables, and submit requisition orders as needed.
- Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies, providing rapid response to critical system failures.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices.
- Continuously monitor energy usage and recommend efficiency improvements to reduce operational costs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMK/D3 in Electrical Engineering or related field; SMA/SMK/Sederajat also acceptable.
- Male candidates only (as specified by the client).
- Maximum age: 30 years (must be able to meet the physical demands of the role).
- At least 3 years of proven experience in building management, apartment complexes, or shopping centre facilities.
- Valid SKK certification or equivalent electrical technician certification.
- Proficiency in using micro‑testers, multimeters, insulation testers, and other electrical measurement tools.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex electrical and AC problems.
- Excellent record of adhering to safety protocols and local electrical codes.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to write clear maintenance reports.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
