Responsibilities
- Conduct live streaming sessions of popular video games, ensuring high‑quality video and audio delivery.
- Interact with viewers in real‑time through chat, polls, and on‑screen prompts to boost engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop session scripts, game selection, and themed events that align with current trends.
- Monitor live‑stream metrics (viewer count, chat activity, peak times) and provide daily reports to help refine audience‑growth strategies.
- Promote upcoming streams on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) using short clips, stories, and teaser graphics.
- Assist in moderating the chat to maintain a positive, inclusive environment and handle any inappropriate behavior swiftly.
- Participate in periodic training workshops on camera presence, storytelling, and emerging gaming technologies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to meet traffic targets and achieve specific viewer‑growth milestones.
- Maintain equipment (webcam, microphone, lighting) and troubleshoot technical issues during live sessions.
- Provide feedback on game selection, audience preferences, and new feature ideas to continuously improve the streaming experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 17‑28 years old (female candidates are preferred, but all genders are welcome).
- Residency in Bogor or willing to relocate to the Bogor studio.
- Strong on‑camera confidence and a natural ability to entertain and inform viewers.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Proficiency with digital communication tools and major social‑media platforms.
- Appealing personal appearance, expressive facial gestures, and an energetic, interactive style.
- Basic understanding of video‑game mechanics and current gaming trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for live events.
