JNT Express is expanding its delivery network in Pekanbaru and is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Kurir Motor Sprinter. As a motorbike courier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that parcels and shipments reach customers quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Responsibilities
- Load, transport, and deliver goods using a personal motorcycle, adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Inspect each order before departure and after delivery to verify item integrity and completeness.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of packages from the motorcycle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, record mileage, and report any incidents or delays to the operations supervisor.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers, providing updates on delivery status and estimated arrival times.
- Perform routine checks on the motorcycle (fuel, tire pressure, brakes) to guarantee a reliable vehicle condition.
- Participate in daily briefings, follow route planning instructions, and adapt to any changes in delivery schedules.
- Uphold company standards for customer service, representing JNT with a professional and courteous attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 50 years; no upper age limit beyond 50.
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- No prior professional experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Own a well‑maintained motorcycle in good mechanical condition.
- Possess an Android smartphone with at least 3 GB RAM for the JNT delivery app.
- Reside in the designated service area or be willing to relocate as needed.
- Strong communication skills, ability to speak clearly, and basic literacy for record‑keeping.
- Excellent time‑management, reliability, and a commitment to meeting delivery deadlines.
- Awareness of road safety, defensive driving techniques, and proper cargo handling.
