Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manager Outlet / Manager Operasional to lead one of our flagship food & beverage (F&B) locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, that guests receive a consistently high‑quality experience, and that the outlet meets its financial and service targets. The ideal candidate will combine solid managerial experience with a passion for the hospitality industry, strong analytical skills, and a hands‑on leadership style.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and supervise all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff, ensuring optimal coverage during peak and off‑peak periods.
- Oversee inventory management, conduct regular stocktakes, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain appropriate levels of food, beverages, and consumables.
- Monitor daily sales, labor costs, and other key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing concise reports for senior management.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food safety, hygiene, and customer service to comply with local regulations and brand standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as menu engineering, waste reduction, and service speed enhancements.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training workshops to develop team competence and morale.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, performing routine inspections of equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with marketing and promotions teams to execute in‑store campaigns, seasonal offers, and special events.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, including health & safety, cash handling, and data protection.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 (any major) with a GPA of at least 3.00.
- Previous managerial experience in the F&B sector is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and people‑management abilities.
- High level of responsibility, honesty, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and possession of a personal laptop.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, with a schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
