Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Perawat Terdaftar Spesialis Perawatan Pasien Rumah Sakit to join our multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities
- Provide direct bedside nursing care, including assessment, medication administration, wound management, and patient education.
- Coordinate and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team.
- Monitor vital signs, interpret clinical data, and promptly report any changes in patient condition.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to clinical decision‑making.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and legal regulations.
- Deliver emergency and life‑support interventions as required, utilizing BTCLS certification skills.
- Mentor junior nurses and nursing assistants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement.
- Adhere to infection‑control protocols, medication safety standards, and patient confidentiality guidelines.
- Participate in quality‑assurance projects, audits, and research initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care.
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24‑hour coverage.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1 Ners) from an accredited institution.
- Active Indonesian Nursing Registration (STR) and valid BTCLS certification.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent physical health and mental resilience to handle the demands of a hospital environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for documentation and patient interaction.
- Demonstrated empathy, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and attend mandatory training sessions.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime as needed.
