Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Perawat Estetika (Aesthetic Nurse) to join our modern aesthetic clinic located in Balikpapan Selatan, Kalimantan Timur. This role is ideal for a compassionate, detail‑oriented professional who is eager to combine clinical nursing expertise with the latest beauty and skin‑care technologies. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering safe, effective, and personalized aesthetic treatments to a diverse clientele ranging from first‑time patients to long‑term regulars.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and consult with patients, providing clear explanations of procedures, expected outcomes, and after‑care instructions.
- Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring all medical equipment, consumables, and skin‑care products are sterilized, stocked, and ready for use.
- Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures including facial rejuvenation, dermal filler injections, PRP (Platelet‑Rich Plasma) infusions, and venipuncture for blood sampling.
- Administer safe injection and infusion techniques in accordance with clinic SOPs and national health regulations, maintaining strict aseptic standards.
- Document patient histories, treatment plans, and post‑procedure observations in the electronic medical record system with precision and confidentiality.
- Monitor patients during and after procedures, promptly identifying and managing any adverse reactions or complications.
- Collaborate closely with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and administrative staff to coordinate scheduling, inventory management, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and industry conferences to stay current with emerging aesthetic technologies and best practices.
- Generate daily and monthly reports on patient volume, product usage, and equipment maintenance, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Uphold the clinic’s reputation for excellence by consistently delivering a high standard of patient care and professionalism.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; age not to exceed 30 years.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Nursing (Keperawatan) with a valid and active STRK (Surat Tanda Registrasi Kesehatan).
- At least 1 year of experience in a beauty, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic setting; experience with facial treatments and injectables is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in injection techniques, infusion therapy, and venipuncture, with a solid understanding of anatomy and safety protocols.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to explain complex procedures in simple, reassuring language.
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and well‑equipped treatment environment.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a customer‑service mindset, essential for building trust with clients.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 09:30 to 17:30, with occasional overtime for special events or high‑demand periods.
- Willingness to adhere to all local health regulations and clinic policies, including continuous professional development.
