We are currently seeking a motivated Staf Penagihan Lapangan to join our dynamic field collection team. The successful candidate will act as the front‑line liaison between our company and our borrowers, ensuring timely repayment of outstanding obligations while maintaining a professional and respectful relationship with customers.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned customers at their residences or business locations to collect overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
- Verify the accuracy of payment amounts, outstanding balances, and due dates before initiating collection discussions.
- Monitor and track promised‑to‑pay dates, following up rigorously to ensure compliance with agreed schedules.
- Document every interaction, including visit outcomes, payment promises, and any disputes, in the company’s collection management system.
- Identify and report patterns of delinquency, providing insights that help the credit risk team refine their strategies.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, adhering to ethical collection practices and respecting the privacy of borrowers.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly collection reports for management review.
- Coordinate with the call center and legal departments when escalations are necessary, ensuring seamless hand‑offs.
- Continuously improve personal negotiation techniques through regular training and feedback sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: not older than 35 years.

- Possession of a personal motorbike and a valid SIM C is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively under pressure.
- Basic proficiency with computers and familiarity with collection software or CRM systems.
- Self‑driven, punctual, and capable of managing a daily schedule of visits.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
- Zero or minimal prior experience is acceptable; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
