Introduction

BIG GROUP INDONESIA is expanding its dynamic sales force and is looking for enthusiastic Telemarketing Representatives to join our team in Karawaci, Tangerang. As a Telemarketing Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by reaching out to prospective customers, nurturing leads, and delivering exceptional service over the phone. This position blends sales acumen with customer‑service excellence, focusing on building long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships.

The role offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, and provides a vibrant environment where teamwork, continuous learning, and performance‑driven culture are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting calls to promote the company’s products and services to potential customers.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to inbound inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving concerns.
  • Document each interaction in the CRM system, ensuring all follow‑up actions are logged and tracked.
  • Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, and schedule visits or virtual meetings with qualified leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and customer‑service teams to ensure a seamless handoff and a superior customer experience.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to convey value propositions effectively.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, role‑plays, and performance reviews to continuously improve communication skills and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, telemarketing, or call‑center environments.
  • Education: D3/D4 (or higher) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset, capable of working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, curious, and adaptable to a fast‑changing market environment.
  • Basic analytical skills for interpreting sales data and identifying performance trends.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; no age limit is imposed.
