Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Helper Dapur Paruh Waktu to join our dynamic kitchen team in Purwokerto. Candidates should possess a minimum education level of SMA/SMK or equivalent and be ready to work Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and senior kitchen staff with food preparation, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
- Operate basic kitchen machinery such as mixers, slicers, and steamers safely and efficiently.
- Support the assembly and plating of dishes to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of staples (rice, spices, vegetables) and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
- Help with receiving deliveries, checking quality, and storing items properly to prevent waste.
- Collaborate with team members to handle high‑volume orders while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Adhere to food safety standards, including proper temperature control and allergen segregation.
- Participate in routine deep‑cleaning tasks such as floor mopping, grease trap maintenance, and waste segregation.
- Provide courteous assistance to front‑of‑house staff when needed, facilitating smooth communication between the kitchen and dining area.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent qualification.
