Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer to join our growing team in Pacitan, Jawa Timur. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are eager to develop a career in sales within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting our product portfolio to both existing and prospective customers, while ensuring a seamless credit application process and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Proactively present and sell the company’s product lines to existing clients and new prospects across the assigned territory.
- Generate sales orders through various distribution channels, capture initial customer data, and verify the completeness of required documentation.
- Prepare and submit credit applications, coordinate with the finance team, and track the status of each application.
- Communicate credit decisions promptly to dealers and customers, providing clear explanations and next steps.
- Inform customers of payment due dates, payment locations, and any additional information needed to finalize transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline forecasts in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and after‑sales support to resolve issues and enhance the overall buying experience.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and customer needs within the Pacitan region.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share performance insights, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Uphold the company’s brand standards, ethical guidelines, and compliance requirements in all customer engagements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 (any discipline) or SMA/SMK equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role is a strong advantage, though not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and influence decisions.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing sales targets and customer requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, with placement based on the candidate’s domicile.
