Responsibilities
- Engage with store visitors and online shoppers, actively listening to their needs and recommending Kredivo as a convenient payment option.
- Continuously build and refresh product knowledge of Kredivo’s features, promotions, and eligibility criteria, and communicate this information in an engaging, easy‑to‑understand manner.
- Conduct live demonstrations of the Kredivo mobile application, guiding prospective users through registration, credit assessment, and transaction processes.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide clear guidance on using the app, ensuring a positive post‑sale experience.
- Achieve daily sales and activation targets, accurately record activities, and submit detailed performance reports to the regional manager.
- Maintain strong relationships with merchants, store managers, and other stakeholders to foster long‑term collaboration and increase product visibility.
- Collect market insights, such as competitor offerings and consumer feedback, and share actionable recommendations with the marketing team.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product workshops, and promotional events to stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Residency in Padang or surrounding areas with reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey complex financial concepts in simple terms.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with Android smartphones and basic digital tools for reporting and customer management.
- First‑dose COVID‑19 vaccination completed.
- Flexible availability to work Tuesday through Sunday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- Demonstrated self‑motivation, goal orientation, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
