Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in‑depth product knowledge to effectively present features and benefits to retailers.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new retail outlets, ensuring proper product placement and shelf visibility.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to refine sales tactics.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotional deals, and delivery schedules with customers while protecting profit margins.
  • Collect and maintain accurate supplier and retailer data for each assigned territory.
  • Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with customers, providing after‑sale support and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and promotional rollout.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecast future demand, and present actionable insights to management.
  • Adhere to the company’s compliance standards, especially regarding product regulations and responsible marketing.

Requirements

  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a S1 degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in sales or marketing, preferably in the consumer goods or tobacco sector; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also considered.
  • Valid SIM C and personal motorbike for field visits.
  • Android smartphone with a minimum of 2 GB RAM for CRM and communication tools.
  • Strong analytical skills: competitor analysis, market trend evaluation, and sales data interpretation.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with proven time‑management capabilities.
  • Self‑motivated, honest, innovative, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Professional appearance and a customer‑centric attitude.
