Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen activities, from prep to plating, ensuring smooth workflow during peak service hours.
  • Develop and test innovative Asian‑inspired menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and emerging food trends.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food‑safety protocols, including proper handling of hot oil and equipment sanitation.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
