Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Officer Remedial (Penagihan) to join our dynamic network of branches. This role is crucial for ensuring timely recovery of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) while maintaining strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will possess a solid educational foundation, a keen eye for detail, and the drive to meet and exceed collection targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loans, ensuring all activities are completed within established timelines.
- Conduct daily monitoring of delinquent accounts, updating the A/R system and flagging high‑risk cases for senior review.
- Initiate and execute contact strategies—phone calls, emails, and written notices—to negotiate repayment plans with borrowers.
- Collaborate closely with the credit underwriting and loan servicing teams to verify account information and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and present regular collection performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as recovery rate, aging buckets, and outstanding balances.
- Support the development of improved collection policies by providing feedback on field observations and customer behavior trends.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards throughout all collection activities.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on negotiation techniques, data analytics, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Male candidates only, as per the specific operational need.
- Age not exceeding 30 years at the time of recruitment.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, loan processing, or debt collection; experience in the multifinance sector is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office) and familiarity with A/R management systems.
- Willingness to be placed in any Adira branch across Sulawesi.
