To support our growing network in Tanjung Karang, we are seeking motivated and responsible Kurir Motor (Motorcycle Couriers) to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring that parcels, documents, and small shipments reach customers and business partners on time, reinforcing our reputation for excellence in last‑mile delivery.
Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and transport goods using a personal motorcycle, following the most efficient routes while complying with all traffic regulations.
- Conduct pre‑delivery inspections of orders to verify item count, condition, and documentation, and perform post‑delivery checks to confirm successful completion.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of parcels from the motorcycle, ensuring careful handling to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, capture electronic signatures when required, and report any discrepancies or incidents to the dispatch supervisor promptly.
- Communicate regularly with the operations center via a smartphone application, updating status, receiving new assignments, and confirming delivery timestamps.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the motorcycle (fuel, tire pressure, brakes) to guarantee the vehicle remains in prime condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting recipients professionally, answering basic inquiries, and representing the company’s brand positively.
- Adhere to the company’s safety protocols, including the use of protective gear and compliance with local health guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 45 years.
- Valid Indonesian SIM C (motorcycle license) with an active status.
- Own a well‑maintained motorcycle suitable for daily operation.
- Possess an Android smartphone with at least 3 GB RAM to run our delivery app.
- Reside within the designated service area or be willing to relocate as needed.
- Excellent navigation skills and a good sense of direction.
- Strong time‑management abilities and the capacity to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and a courteous attitude toward customers and teammates.
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of parcels throughout the workday.
