Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, suggest menu items, and answer any questions about ingredients or allergens.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
- Monitor tables throughout the dining experience, refill drinks, clear plates, and respond swiftly to guest requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including table settings, condiments, and service equipment.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to guarantee timely order preparation and resolve any discrepancies.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and issue receipts in accordance with company policies.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards, performing regular checks of food handling and personal hygiene.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and service protocols.
- Collect guest feedback, report any service issues to management, and contribute ideas for improving overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; hospitality school graduates are highly preferred.
- Age between 20 and 25 years; must be unmarried and female (as specified by the client).
- Excellent personal appearance and grooming standards.
- Strong communication and public speaking abilities; able to engage guests in both Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Proven ability to work independently, be detail‑oriented, and uphold honesty and integrity.
- Prior experience in food and beverage service or a related hospitality role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods or special events.
- Willingness to follow all restaurant policies, safety guidelines, and customer service standards.
