Responsibilities
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area, ensuring that all merchandise, promotional materials, and receipt printers are stocked and functional.
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering product questions and resolving minor complaints with professionalism.
- Perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, preparing deposits and reporting any discrepancies to store management.
- Collaborate with sales associates to restock shelves, execute price changes, and manage inventory counts during low‑traffic periods.
- Adhere to company policies on loss prevention, including monitoring for fraudulent activity and following proper cash handling procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new product lines, promotional campaigns, and system upgrades.
- Assist in opening and closing the store by completing security checks, setting up cash registers, and securing the premises.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional overtime during promotional events.
