Responsibilities
- Supervise daily outlet operations, guaranteeing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) across food preparation, service, and sanitation.
- Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring product quality, prompt service, and a clean, welcoming environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions for crew members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive sales by analyzing daily reports, setting realistic targets, and implementing promotional activities that align with corporate goals.
- Manage inventory control, waste reduction, and ordering processes to optimize cost efficiency.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues swiftly, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations, conducting routine audits and corrective actions when needed.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Age: 20‑26 years (maximum 26 years).
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or coordinator role within the food & beverage sector.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
- Strong problem‑solving and decisive decision‑making capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact professionally with customers and staff.
- Personal vehicle and a valid Class C driver’s license (SIM C).
- Core attributes: responsibility, integrity, discipline, and a firm yet fair managerial style.
- Flexible availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and scheduling.
