To maintain our reputation for excellent service, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our front‑of‑house team as Pelayan Restoran (Waiter/Waitress). Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be a key ambassador of our brand, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well‑cared for throughout their visit. Core duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting guests promptly, presenting menus, and providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system and communicating any special requests to the kitchen staff.
- Serving meals and drinks with attention to timing, temperature, and presentation standards.
- Monitoring tables to anticipate guest needs, refilling drinks, and addressing any concerns immediately.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring proper table settings.
- Collaborating closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow service staff to ensure smooth workflow and seamless service.
- Processing payments, issuing receipts, and handling cash or electronic transactions securely.
- Participating in pre‑shift briefings, post‑shift clean‑up, and occasional inventory checks of dining supplies.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following minimum qualifications and demonstrate the soft skills essential for success in a dynamic restaurant environment.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all ages; applicants must be legally eligible to work.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in food and beverage service.
- Key Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
