Haha Donut & Coffee, a vibrant and growing café chain known for its artisanal donuts and specialty coffee blends, is seeking enthusiastic part‑time Baristas to join our dynamic team. This role offers a friendly, fast‑paced environment where you can develop your coffee‑craft skills while delivering memorable experiences to our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and pour‑over, adhering to company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently, performing routine cleaning and maintenance.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately, offering product recommendations, and handling transactions with a POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, including regular sanitation of counters, equipment, and seating areas.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking coffee beans, milk, syrups, and pastries, and notifying management of low‑stock items.
- Collaborate with teammates during peak hours to ensure swift service and minimize wait times.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and allergen awareness.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through training sessions and stay updated on emerging coffee trends.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture by being punctual, reliable, and supportive of colleagues.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates, maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or barista role is a strong advantage, though not mandatory.
- Professional appearance: neat, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and courteous demeanor toward customers.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment and handle pressure during busy periods.
- Strong work ethic, honesty, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and a passion for delivering high‑quality beverages.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
