Introduction
DBesto, a leading hospitality and restaurant operator in South Kalimantan, is seeking a dedicated Staff Maintenance professional to join our dynamic facilities team. This role is critical for ensuring that our dining venues and support areas remain safe, functional, and welcoming for both guests and staff. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in civil, electrical, and electronic maintenance, coupled with the ability to work under clear performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and corrective civil repairs in restaurant premises, including walls, floors, ceilings, and structural components.
- Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance on all electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local safety standards.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic equipment such as POS terminals, kitchen appliances, and HVAC control panels.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates (RAB) for civil renovation projects, collaborating with the procurement and finance teams to secure appropriate budgets.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to execute repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Document all maintenance activities in the company’s asset management system, providing clear reports on work completed, materials used, and any follow‑up actions required.
- Adhere to the scheduled work hours of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, while remaining flexible for emergency call‑outs as needed.
- Promote a culture of safety by following proper lock‑out/tag‑out procedures and encouraging team members to report hazards promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting cost‑effective solutions and participating in regular training sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, aged 25 years or older.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in civil, electrical, or electronic maintenance, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Proven ability to create accurate RAB estimates for construction and renovation work.
- Strong knowledge of building‑construction techniques, electrical wiring, and electronic circuitry.
- Familiarity with construction tools, cutting equipment, and reading technical instructions and site plans.
- Ability to work under target‑driven environments, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward preventive maintenance.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
