Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Executive Penjualan Retail Sukses (Qris Soundbox) to join our fast‑growing payments team. In this client‑facing role you will act as the primary point of contact for merchants, driving adoption of our QRIS Soundbox solution and ensuring a seamless transaction experience. The ideal candidate is a motivated self‑starter with a solid understanding of electronic payment systems, a proven track record in merchant acquisition, and the interpersonal skills needed to build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a minimum of 15 merchant visits per day, managing all required documentation and guaranteeing smooth transaction processing.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the QRIS Soundbox payment ecosystem and clearly explain its features, benefits, and operational procedures to merchants.
- Develop and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with existing and prospective merchants to sustain and grow transaction volume.
- Accurately record field data, capture merchant feedback, and provide actionable insights that inform the company’s sales and product strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities within the local market, leveraging a personal network and a well‑maintained merchant database.
- Coordinate with internal teams—product, compliance, and support—to resolve merchant issues quickly and efficiently.
- Travel frequently across the assigned territory, often on a Monday‑Saturday schedule, to perform on‑site demonstrations and support.
- Meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within QRIS, EDC, or Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and onboarding merchants in a competitive retail environment.
- Strong analytical ability to capture and interpret field data, turning observations into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple merchant engagements simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to achieving both individual and team goals.
