We are seeking energetic and reliable couriers (Kurir Pengiriman) to join our dynamic team. As a courier, you will be the face of J&T Express, ensuring that parcels reach customers promptly and safely while upholding the brand’s reputation for speed and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Collect parcels from the J&T Express hub and verify shipment details before departure.
- Plan and follow optimal delivery routes using mapping tools and local area knowledge to maximize efficiency.
- Deliver packages to residential and business addresses within the assigned Trenggalek area, ensuring timely and accurate hand‑over to recipients.
- Obtain customer signatures or digital confirmations via a mobile application and update delivery status in real time.
- Handle cash‑on‑delivery (COD) transactions securely, providing receipts and reporting daily collections.
- Maintain the condition of your personal vehicle, perform routine checks, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Communicate proactively with the dispatch team regarding any delivery challenges, traffic delays, or address discrepancies.
- Adhere to safety regulations, including proper use of a valid SIM C driver’s license and compliance with local traffic laws.
- Meet daily and weekly delivery targets, contributing to overall branch performance metrics.
- Provide courteous customer service, answering basic inquiries about shipment status and J&T Express services.
Requirements
- Male candidates only; age not exceeding 40 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid SIM C (motorcycle) and ownership of a reliable personal motorbike.
- Android smartphone with at least 3 GB RAM to run the J&T Express courier app.
- High level of loyalty, integrity, and responsibility.
- Strong sense of discipline and punctuality; ability to work under a target‑driven system.
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with the Trenggalek area, including knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and traffic patterns.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and using GPS‑mapping applications.
- Good communication skills and a courteous attitude toward customers.
